Education & Research

We promote literacy and lifelong learning among children, youth, and tribal communities. Our team also conducts social research, generates impactful reports, and advocates for inclusive education. Surveys & Assessments

We conduct baseline and endline surveys to measure the actual impact of our programs. These surveys provide crucial insights into community needs and help us (and our partners) take informed, measurable action. We also support organizations in designing custom survey tools.

Healthcare Services

From free medical camps to nutritional awareness, we work to close the healthcare gap in underserved areas. We also focus on maternal and child health, preventive care, and mental wellness. Our mobile clinics and health workshops reach even the most remote villages.

Women Empowerment & Child Care

We support women through skill-building, legal awareness, and self-help groups, giving them the tools to lead independent lives. Simultaneously, we run child care and education programs to ensure every child has a chance to learn, play, and grow in a safe space.

Livelihood & Alternative Livelihoods

We help communities unlock employment opportunities through vocational training, entrepreneurship programs, and linkages with the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM). From tailoring and handicrafts to digital skills, we help people stand on their own feet.

Water & Soil Conservation

Water is life, and healthy soil is its partner. We promote rainwater harvesting, watershed management, and soil conservation techniques like mulching and contour bunding. These efforts protect resources and ensure resilience against climate change.

Pollution Control & Environmental Development

We run environmental awareness drives, organize plantation campaigns, and promote waste segregation and plastic-free zones. Involving school children and youth clubs, we’re shaping a culture of eco-consciousness from the ground up.

Rural & Urban Development

In rural areas, we focus on basic services, infrastructure, and livelihoods. In urban slums, we work on sanitation, employment training, and digital literacy. Our goal: to ensure no one is left behind, no matter where they live.

Tribal Area Development

We partner with tribal communities to enhance education, health, hygiene, and economic opportunity, while also respecting and preserving their cultural identity. Programs include HIV awareness, youth mentoring, and women’s hygiene education.

Multi-Stakeholder Engagement

USWS connects communities, NGOs, corporates, and government bodies to work collectively toward development goals. We facilitate trainings, joint workshops, and collaborative programs that drive scalable, inclusive progress.

Sanitation & Hygiene

We run WASH (Water, Sanitation, Hygiene) campaigns, build toilets, distribute menstrual hygiene kits, and teach safe hygiene habits in schools and communities. These programs reduce disease and protect dignity—especially for women and girls.

Women Counseling Centre

Our Women Counseling Centres provide emotional, legal, and psychological support to women facing domestic violence, discrimination, or social isolation. We offer confidential counseling and help women rebuild their confidence and independence.

Mental Health Counseling

We offer free counseling services, organize stress relief workshops, and run awareness campaigns on mental health. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, or trauma, we provide a safe space to talk, heal, and grow.

Government Linkages

We help communities access government schemes and entitlements by guiding them through applications, documentation, and grievance redressal. From SHGs to pension schemes, we ensure that no one is excluded from their rights.

Promotion of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)

We promote and support FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations) to help small farmers aggregate their produce, reduce costs, and gain better market access. This collective model boosts income and reduces dependency on middlemen.
