As a non-profit organization, we rely on contributions to continue our mission of social welfare and community upliftment. However, we understand that mistakes can happen, and we are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in handling donation-related concerns.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• The refund request is made within 7 days of the donation date.
• The donation was made by error or in the wrong amount.
• Multiple or duplicate donations were made by mistake.

3. Non-Refundable Donations

Please note that refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

• The refund request is made after 7 days of donation.
• The donation was made intentionally and without error.
• Funds have already been utilized for social welfare activities or disbursed for cause-specific use.
